Contact support

Include your device model, iOS version, app version or build number, and a short description of what happened. A screenshot can help. Please don’t send passwords, payment-card details or verification codes.

What is free, and what does the full-game purchase include?

The app is free to download and sector 1 is free to play. One non-consumable App Store purchase unlocks sectors 2–15. Last Stand is earned after sector 2, and six secret defenders are earned by defeating the final boss. The intended US price is $1.99; the price shown by the App Store in your region applies. There is no subscription or advertising.

How do I restore the full game?

Open Settings → Full Game or the upgrade screen, then choose Restore Purchases. Use the Apple Account that originally bought the game. Restoration requires access to the App Store. Resetting campaign progress does not remove your purchase.

Music or gunshots are silent. What can I try?

Check Sound and Music in the game’s Settings, raise your media volume, and check your audio output (including Bluetooth). Return to the game and tap the screen to resume audio after an interruption. If the issue persists, contact support with your device, iOS version and the app build number.

Can I turn off the commentator?

Yes. The announcer is off by default. You can change Announcer Voice independently of music and sound effects in Settings. Voices depend on your device and its installed voices.

Where is my progress saved?

Progress, rewards and scores are stored locally on your device. There are no player accounts or online leaderboards. Do not uninstall or reset progress as a troubleshooting step unless you intend to remove that progress.

How do the controls work?

Play in landscape. Move along the wall with the left control, aim on the playfield and use Fire on the right. Reload, zoom and shield have their own controls. A grenade drop adds a weapon-switch button and five hand-thrown grenades.
